What to expect:
- I will call you at the specified time from (732) 481-2632. Sometimes my schedule runs late- please bear with me if that is the case!
- On this call, we will get into what issues you have from a medical nutrition standpoint.
- I will make recommendations for any physician or therapy referrals, as well as medical and/or nutrition testing that might be indicated based on our conversation. Consider me your medical coach during this session!
- We will discuss obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your goals and how I can help you to address them.
- I will outline for you the programs offered and discuss how an integrated nutrition program will address your symptoms (brain fog, fatigue, chronic pain, weight gain, etc).
- The cost of this phone consultation will be applied to any nutrition package you purchase if we work together.
