MODULE 1: The Right Foods and Tools Make All the Difference

MODULE 2: Navigating the Trifecta with Nutrition
This will give you an in-depth understanding of EDS, Mast Cell Disease, Gastroparesis, & POTS, and how they affect your nutrition status. Ways to reduce symptoms will be discussed as well.
MODULE 3: Setting Up for Success in the Kitchen
This module is all about filling your pantry and fridge with kitchen staples and items to have on hand for easy meal making. Putting together simple meals without recipes for those days when following instructions are just too complex. We will also give you an “SOS plan” for when you are in the middle of a flare and really not feeling up to cooking.
MODULE 4: Long-term Sustainable Goals
Making changes can be hard! After all the effort you have put in, we want to make sure you keep up the good work! This module will help you understand how to self-evaluate and continue to monitor your progress. Motivation and support are important pieces of the puzzle.
